Kendra Wilkinson is a reality TV starlet and also known for being a former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner. She also is a glamour model and has appeared in nude shots. Kendra Wilkinson was born June 12th, 1985 in San Diego, California. Her mother was a former cheerleader with the Philadelphia Eagles and her father was the founder of biotechnology companies. Kendra's parents divorced when she was nine.
It wasn't until after Kendra Wilkinson finished high school that she began to pursue a career as a glamour model though she did work as a dental technician for a short time. In 2004, Wilkinson was hired to model at Hugh Hefner's 78thbirthday party. She was a painted girl, meaning that Kendra was nude except for latex paint on her body. Hefner was impressed when he saw Wilkinson's picture and later asked her to move into his Playboy Mansion and become one of his girlfriends. This led to Wilkinson's role on the reality series called "The Girls Next Door" which was about Hefner's three girlfriends at the time. She also got several small roles in TV series, movies and music videos.
In 2008, Kendra Wilkinson announced her engagement to Hank Baskett, then of the Philadelphia Eagles. They were married in 2009 and later that year had a son together. Before the marriage, Wilkinson moved out of the Playboy Mansion. E! Entertainment gave Wilkinson her own reality TV show called "Kendra" which focused on her private life and marriage to Baskett. The show's premier in 2009 broke records with 2.6 million viewers. It is currently on its second season. Kendra Wilkinson says that she wants to be a massage therapist or sports announcer.
